Job Overview

RLE INTERNATIONAL Group is seeking a highly skilled Fleet Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our vehicle testing fleet.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain the quality of testing activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Plan and coordinate test activities, including scheduling and resource allocation
  • Ensure the safe and efficient operation of test vehicles, including maintenance and repair
  • Manage vehicle keys, equipment, and documentation
  • Conduct vehicle condition reports and maintain accurate records
  • Supervise and organize driving logs, including hours of service and vehicle maintenance
  • Handle formalities for international assignments, including customs and border control
  • Enforce safety regulations and conduct training programs for drivers and staff

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field, such as logistics, transportation, or engineering
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in fleet management and vehicle testing
  • Valid certifications in fleet management, such as CMV or CDL
  • First aid certification is a plus
  • Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google tools, including Google Drive and Google Sheets
