About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an International Operations Intern at Indie Campers. As a representative of our brand, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a seamless experience from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities

  • Front-office Activities:
    • Provide customer service and sales support, including check-ins, check-outs, and processing payments.
    • Explain campervan functionalities, terms and conditions, and upsell road trip extras.
  • Back-office Activities:
    • Align reservations with available campervans, verify and prepare campers and road trip extras and kits.
    • Maintain campervans in top condition, identify and act on possible maintenance or repair needs.
    • Support the team in monitoring the existing stock, coordinating the fleet of campervans, and troubleshooting operational issues.

Requirements

  • You are a student or recent graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, International Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • You are fluent in English, have a work permit, and a valid driver's license.
  • You possess a natural talent for connecting with people and have a strong customer service orientation.
  • You have a problem-solving mindset, thriving to create solutions and feeling comfortable with getting your hands dirty.
  • You want a dynamic internship where you can put your theoretical knowledge into practice.
