Lead Supply Chain Production Planner in Pharmaceuticals

We are currently seeking a Senior Supply Chain Production Planner Pharma (m/f/d) for our Supply Chain Planning Pharma Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning and management of the supply chain for pharmaceutical products.
  • Formulate production schedules while considering resources such as workforce, machinery capacity, material availability, and quality assurance.
  • Devise and execute supply chain strategies aimed at enhancing efficiency, minimizing costs, and ensuring continuous improvement in delivery capabilities.
  • Perform inventory optimizations and consistently monitor production workflows to prevent bottlenecks and maximize output.
  • Design and implement production planning frameworks to support decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate closely with various departments including procurement, production, quality assurance, marketing, and sales to facilitate seamless supply chain operations.
  • Generate and evaluate performance metrics, establishing KPI dashboards to pinpoint areas for enhancement and provide actionable insights.
  • Engage in diverse projects as a supply chain management expert.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Extensive experience in production planning, preferably within the pharmaceutical sector.
  • In-depth understanding of regulatory standards and quality benchmarks in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in utilizing planning and analytical tools.
  • Familiarity with SAP S4 Hana, Power BI, and foundational programming skills.
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities, characterized by a respectful communication style.
  • Ability to work independently with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken.
