As a Supply Chain Planner/Analyst, you'll be responsible for the effective coordination of material planning, purchasing, and production scheduling. You'll ensure timely delivery to customers of finished products worldwide, while keeping inventory levels on budget and meeting customer shipping targets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating material planning, purchasing, and production scheduling to ensure timely delivery to customers
  • Managing inventory levels to meet customer shipping targets and drive improvement opportunities
  • Resolving discrepancies in order quantity and seeking corrective action on late deliveries
  • Working on automotive end-of-life processes, organizing meetings, and rolling out sustainable processes
  • Supporting planners in change management to phase-in/use-up materials and avoid IOS
  • Collecting information on component and related requirements from engineering and production specifications and schedules
  • Pushing master data maintenance, ensuring SAP BOMs, master data, and long-term forecast setup, control, and overview demand fluctuation
  • Arranging deliveries based on CSR and different pre-series stages, meeting customer demand in quality and quantity
  • Working on waste elimination and lean activities in day-to-day business
  • Collaborating with subcontractors and direct suppliers within Europe daily
  • Supporting inbound deliveries coming from overseas suppliers, working with carriers, and determining priorities
  • Supporting accounting and quality in customer complaints

Requirements include:

  • Advanced knowledge of system-based material requirements planning logic
  • International communication and collaboration experience
  • Minimum required languages: French, English, German
  • Knowledge of computer hardware and software programs, including Microsoft Office, Internet applications, and SAP modules (MM, PTS, MRP, APO), Kinaxis Rapid Response
