About the Role

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Insights Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business decisions and developing actionable insights to enhance our understanding of customer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Opportunity Identification: Identify potential business opportunities and threats based on knowledge about customers, markets, and competitors.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Analyze the performance of competitors globally and identify potential threats for our Allergy and Autoimmunity business.
  • Strategic Forecasting: Develop innovative forecasting models for the strategic planning processes.
  • Market and Customer Insights: Provide market and customer insights to support Management, Marketing functions, R&D, and other functions.
  • Project Management: Serve as a project manager or member in internal projects within cross-functional teams requiring in-depth customer insights support.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor or advanced degree in fields such as Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, Psychology, Life Sciences, or Public Health.
  • Experience: Many years of market research experience, at least two years in the healthcare industry, preferably in the Diagnostics area.
  • Skills: Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills, innovative ways to issues, and sound judgment.
  • Communication: Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills and the ability to work in international teams.
  • Language: Fluent English (written and spoken) is required, second and third language would be a plus.
