Application Specialist (m/f/d)

Your Role

  • Manage and assist employees in utilizing SaaS tools, focusing on Moco and Atlassian Jira.
  • Evaluate existing workflows and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Proactively recognize needs for optimizing workflows and processes (e.g., through scripting and automation).
  • Automate processes using scripting (e.g., PowerShell).

Your Qualifications

  • Passion for processes and technical systems.
  • Experience in managing Moco, Jira, GitHub, and Okta is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with PowerShell and Power Automate is a plus.
  • Strong self-motivation to expand existing knowledge.
  • Proficient English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Independent working style and ability to collaborate in a team.
