SAP Payroll Specialist

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen SAP Payroll Specialist, der unsere Payroll-Abteilung unterstützt und unsere Mitarbeiter bei allen Fragen rund um die Entgeltabrechnung und die Zeitwirtschaft berät.
Verantwortlichkeiten- Schnittstellenmanagement und Abstimmung mit HR-IT, Finanzbuchhaltung und den lokalen HR-Kolleginnen und -Kollegen an den ALTANA-Standorten in Deutschland
- Leitung von teaminternen Projekten sowie übergreifenden Personalprojekten
- Fachliche Begleitung von diversen Prüfungen, z. B. durch das Finanzamt, die Rentenversicherung, Wirtschaftsprüfer, Internal Audit
- Umsetzung neuer innovativer Prozesse sowie deren nachhaltige Implementierung
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Gute Kenntnisse im Arbeits-, Steuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
- Kenntnisse in der betrieblichen Altersvorsorge
- Sicherheit im Umgang mit SAP HCM
- Umfangreiche Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
- Zusatzqualifikation im Bereich Personalwirtschaft und Entgeltabrechnung von Vorteil
- Ein angenehmes Unternehmensklima, in dem man sich persönlich kennt und austauscht, sowie kurze Informations- und Entscheidungswege
