Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team at BIP Dienstleistungen GmbH as a Kundenberater (m/w/d) im Vertrieb. As a key member of our sales and customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, resolving issues and concerns in a friendly and courteous way.
  • Sales and Business Development: Proactively identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to drive revenue growth, working closely with our sales team to achieve targets.
  • Contract Management: Analyze customer contracts and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell our products and services, creating tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Complaint Handling: Effectively handle customer complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
