Your Role in This Transformation.
The Marketing Manager (f/m/d) for PTI Consulting is tasked with crafting and executing targeted marketing and communication initiatives to enhance the customer journey for the PTI Consulting division. This position works closely with the PTI team, management, and global team members, as well as global marketing and communications teams. The goal is to establish PTI consultants as thought leaders in sustainable power grids, elevate awareness of PTI Consulting services among clients, and drive order intake.
  • Act as a strategic partner for PTI Consulting.
  • Design and implement global marketing strategies and targeted action plans.
  • Conceptualize, execute, and assess multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee and manage the marketing budget.
  • Create content for internal and external communications, including social media.
  • Coordinate participation in sales events and exhibitions.
  • Continuously update web pages and provide sales materials on collaboration platforms.
  • Manage online marketing initiatives, including SEA, SEO, and social media.
This role is situated at the global headquarters and is part of a diverse international marketing team, responsible for leading and directing marketing efforts across all relevant markets.

Qualifications for Success.
  • University degree in marketing or related fields, or equivalent qualifications with a strong track record in the relevant areas.
  • Several years of experience in operational marketing within the B2B sector, preferably in software or digital consultancy.
  • Demonstrated success in storytelling, executing complex campaigns, and supporting sales initiatives.
  • Basic knowledge of energy-related topics or electrical energy supply systems is highly beneficial.
  • Experience in navigating a complex matrix organization within a multinational or global company is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English is essential, with fluency in German required.
