Capex Financial Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to become part of our organization as a Capex Controller. In this pivotal role, you will take charge of the comprehensive management of the capital expenditure process, working in close partnership with various internal teams. Your main objective will be to enhance operational efficiencies, establish robust reporting frameworks, and evaluate financial metrics to aid in strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the complete capital expenditure process at Sky Deutschland GmbH, providing essential support to specialized departments.
  • Identify and execute optimization strategies in collaboration with departmental leaders.
  • Create and sustain reporting systems to monitor opportunities and potential risks.
  • Perform independent target versus actual analyses and ad hoc evaluations.
  • Contribute to the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance assessments.
  • Work alongside the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Analyze and formulate key performance indicators relevant to the business.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for capital expenditure matters within Sky Deutschland GmbH.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in economics or a related discipline.
  • 2-4 years of experience in financial controlling or auditing.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of German is advantageous.
