Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Capex Controller to join our team at Sky Deutschland GmbH. As a key member of our commercial management team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our Capex process, ensuring seamless collaboration with specialist departments and driving business growth through optimization and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to optimize Capex processes and improve financial performance
  • Collaborate with specialist departments to identify and prioritize optimization opportunities
  • Design and maintain a robust reporting system to support operational management and decision-making
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including target/actual and ad hoc analyses
  • Contribute to the development of the budget and intra-year forecasts, as well as variance analyses
  • Work closely with the accounting department to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Analyze and develop business-relevant KPIs to drive commercial management excellence
Requirements
  • Proven experience in controlling or auditing, with a degree in economics or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think entrepreneurially
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in data analysis and reporting
  • Good English skills, with German skills an advantage
