Role Overview - What responsibilities will you undertake?

  • Support in the planning, coordination, and execution of software implementation projects in close partnership with the sales teams
  • Engagement in programming tasks across various languages such as SQL, REST API, HubSpot APIs, HubL, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and Python
  • Development and maintenance of documentation, training materials, and user manuals
  • Conducting product demonstrations and training sessions for sales representatives and other stakeholders
  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance during the implementation phase
  • Gathering and analyzing customer feedback to enhance product development and implementation processes
  • Assisting with data implementation and integration with other systems
  • Monitoring and improving data quality
