Role Overview - What responsibilities will you undertake?
- Support in the planning, coordination, and execution of software deployment projects in close partnership with the sales teams
- Engagement in programming tasks across various languages such as SQL, REST API, HubSpot APIs, HubL, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and Python
- Development and upkeep of documentation, training resources, and user guides
- Facilitation of product demonstrations and training sessions for sales personnel and other stakeholders
- Provision of technical support and problem-solving assistance during the implementation phase
- Collection and analysis of customer feedback to enhance product development and implementation methodologies
- Assistance with data integration and implementation alongside other systems
- Monitoring and enhancement of data quality
