Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Informatics student to join our team as a dual student. As a proud member of the international automation platform SCIO Automation, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with software implementation projects, ensuring seamless integration and efficient deployment.
  • Programming tasks in various languages, including HTML/CSS, Python, JavaScript, and SQL, to develop robust and scalable software solutions.
  • Creating and maintaining accurate and comprehensive documentation, facilitating effective communication and knowledge sharing.
  • Delivering product demonstrations and training sessions, showcasing our cutting-edge automation technology to clients and stakeholders.
  • Providing technical support and issue resolution, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of technical queries and concerns.
  • Collecting and analyzing customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Monitoring data integration and quality, ensuring accurate and reliable data processing and analysis.
Requirements
  • Programming experience in HTML/CSS, Python, JavaScript, and SQL, with a strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
  • Excellent technical skills and knowledge of automation technology, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovation.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities, with excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • A proactive and flexible approach, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and opportunities.
  • Fluent in German and good English skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
