We are a leading law firm with over 400 lawyers, tax consultants, and notaries across eight locations in Germany.

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team at our locations in Berlin, Chemnitz, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Köln, München, and Stuttgart.

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented IT Support Specialist to provide first-level technical support to our employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide telephone and on-site support for IT-related issues with hardware and software
  • Perform on-site services, including hardware and software installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance
  • Prepare IT equipment for internal events, such as video conferences and presentations
  • Document all requests in accordance with relevant protocols
  • Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements in our processes and guidelines
Requirements
  • Completed education in the IT field, with relevant work experience in IT support
  • Thorough knowledge of hardware and software in client support
  • Proficient in Windows 10 and MS Office 2019
  • Knowledge of network environments, including company networks and VPN
  • Experience with Citrix is desirable but not required
  • Excellent German language skills in writing and speaking
  • Service-oriented and flexible working style
