Customer Experience Quality Assurance Specialist

Position Overview

As a Customer Experience Quality Engineer, you will be instrumental in guaranteeing exceptional satisfaction levels for our clients by thoroughly evaluating, improving, and optimizing their interactions with our offerings. Your role will involve close collaboration with Customer Success Managers (CSMs), technical teams, and various stakeholders to create and execute detailed testing strategies that align with customer requirements and usage scenarios.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with CSMs to gather insights into customer usage patterns, challenges, and needs; address product-related inquiries from customers and CSMs.
  • Partner with the Quality Engineering Lead to ensure that the testing strategy is in sync with customer product usage, covering all critical aspects of the customer experience.
  • Leverage customer feedback and usage analytics to comprehend how our products are utilized in practical situations.
  • Ensure that customer usage data is integrated into testing frameworks, accurately reflecting customer use cases, including both functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Conduct testing activities to validate the functionality, usability, and performance of our products from the customer's viewpoint.
  • Work closely with the quality engineering lead and technical/engineering teams to ensure that automated testing efforts support customer experience evaluations.
  • Coordinate with the Quality Engineering Lead, Release Manager, and Engineering on testing and deployment processes.
  • Assess the outcomes of quality engineering initiatives and enhancements in terms of customer satisfaction, product quality, and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in software engineering, business, or a related field.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English.
  • Demonstrated experience in quality engineering or software testing, particularly focused on customer experience.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Cypress and/or Playwright.
  • Ability to read and comprehend JavaScript/TypeScript code.
  • Experience with static, unit, integration/API, and UI-level testing.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience in writing automation tests using JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Experience with performance, load, and stress testing.
  • Knowledge of patent analytics and intellectual property management.
  • Experience in customer experience or usability testing.
