Key Responsibilities:
- Apply human-centered design principles and design thinking techniques to independently address user challenges.
- Develop comprehensive user personas, user flows, and journey maps to inform design decisions.
- Work collaboratively with product managers, developers, and fellow designers.
- Create and prototype user interfaces, interactions, and experiences that align with our brand and business goals.
- Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design strategies.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and executives, articulating the rationale behind your choices.
- Continuously test and refine design ideas based on user feedback and analytical data.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in user experience design, supported by a strong portfolio that showcases your design work.
- Educational background in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in prototyping tools such as Figma for creating wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Demonstrated knowledge of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage with cross-functional teams.
- Awareness of industry trends and best practices in UX design.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and project management tools.
- An understanding of Generative Artificial Intelligence and its relevance to UX design is advantageous.
