This role is ideal for recent graduates or junior professionals eager to embark on a career in construction management within the semiconductor, photovoltaic, or battery sectors. Here, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop in a nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing advanced industrial projects with an emphasis on Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) aspects
  • Ensuring that projects are completed on time and meet established quality benchmarks
  • Coordinating with subcontractors and overseeing on-site operations
  • Documenting project progress and providing updates to management
  • Ensuring adherence to Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards
  • Conducting site evaluations, acceptance reviews, and project meetings
  • Monitoring defects and validating submitted documentation

Qualifications:

  • A degree in construction management or engineering
  • Previous experience in construction supervision is advantageous
  • Knowledge of building codes and industry regulations
  • Willingness to travel for project assignments
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Proficiency in German, both spoken and written, along with a valid German driver's license
