Opportunity for a Senior Construction Supervisor - MEP

If you have a passion for overseeing advanced construction initiatives in sectors such as semiconductor manufacturing or energy solutions, this position is tailored for you. As a Senior Construction Supervisor - MEP at Exyte, you will be responsible for managing the execution of intricate EPC projects for various facilities.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing high-tech industrial construction projects with a focus on MEP systems
  • Ensuring timely project delivery while adhering to quality benchmarks
  • Collaborating with subcontractors and acting as the primary technical liaison for clients
  • Leading on-site construction teams and coordinating all project participants
  • Developing project schedules and tracking progress
  • Ensuring adherence to Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards
  • Conducting thorough site inspections and acceptance tests
  • Identifying and resolving project defects
  • Managing measurements and invoicing processes

Your Qualifications:

  • Relevant educational background in construction management or a related discipline
  • Proven experience in construction oversight
  • Comprehensive understanding of building regulations and standards
  • Willingness to travel and work on-site as required
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Fluency in German, with proficiency in English considered an advantage
  • Possession of a valid German driver's license
