At Exyte, we're driven by a passion for innovation and a commitment to excellence. As a Construction Supervisor - HVAC, you'll play a critical role in overseeing the execution of complex EPC projects and subprojects for plants and factories.

About the Role

  • Manage high-tech industrial projects with a focus on HVAC, ensuring timely completion and exceptional quality.
  • Coordinate and monitor subcontractors, overseeing activities on construction sites and ensuring compliance with EHS regulations.
  • Document construction progress and report to construction managers, tracking defect resolution and verifying submitted documents from subcontractors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and foster a culture of excellence.

Requirements

  • Relevant qualification in construction (e.g., master's or technician qualification) or entry-level candidate with an engineering degree.
  • Experience in construction management is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of building codes, local regulations, and standards.
  • Willingness to travel within the D-A-CH region and stay on site for 5 days during project assignments.
  • Intercultural competence, team spirit, and ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in German, both written and spoken, to ensure effective communication with German-speaking staff and authorities.
  • German driver's license class B.
