Your Responsibilities
As a proactive individual with a solutions-focused approach, you will play a vital role in:
- Delivering strategic insights on the sales methodology, including coaching for presentations.
- Overseeing key account management and refining the sales strategy.
- Conducting analysis and managing decision-making criteria (stakeholders, competition, likelihood of success).
- Guiding the strategic direction of the sales process (unique selling propositions, core messages, narrative).
- Actively engaging in the creative and content development of proposal documents.
- Facilitating the adoption of innovative and digital proposal formats.
- As an internal Sales Consultant (m/f/d), you will possess a successful degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication Sciences, or a related discipline.
- You bring 7-10 years of experience in consulting and sales-oriented roles such as presales, sales, or account management.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills are among your strengths.
- You exhibit a strong customer focus and a commitment to quality.
