Position Overview
As an intern, you will collaborate closely with our Co-Founders, Valentina Ullrich and Kai Wundling-Schulze, during a pivotal stage of our eHealthcare startup. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the foundational aspects of our company and influence its trajectory.
Key Responsibilities- Support Founders: Assist the founders in various operational areas, including market strategy, customer engagement, business growth, marketing initiatives, sales processes, and product innovation.
- Enhance Processes: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement new procedures to boost operational efficiency.
- Launch Oversight: Aid in the setup and management of the company’s initial launch phase, ensuring effective operations.
- KPI Monitoring: Utilize key performance indicators to assess and report on the company's progress.
- External Communication: Contribute to the enhancement of external communication channels and explore potential business opportunities.
- Market Strategy Development: Assist in formulating and executing strategies to penetrate new markets and maximize their potential.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data and KPI analysis.
- Excellent project management abilities and a self-directed work ethic.
- Passionate about innovating in the health and wellness sector.
- Preferred: Familiarity with technology, including web and mobile applications, algorithms, and chatbots.
- Eager to engage in diverse areas and continuously acquire new skills.
- A proactive individual who aspires to contribute to a transformative company.
