Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with the founding team on various growth strategies aimed at boosting our market visibility and enhancing customer acquisition.
  • Develop and execute impactful B2B marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct market analysis to uncover new business prospects.
  • Engage with prospective clients to gain insights into their requirements and customize our solutions accordingly.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with essential stakeholders and partners.
Qualifications

  • Genuine interest in B2B sales and marketing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Analytical thinker with the capability to interpret data and market dynamics.
  • Self-driven and proactive with a strong sense of initiative.
  • Preferred: Previous experience in B2B sales or marketing.
  • Preferred: Proficiency in German.

Working Hours

  • During the academic semester: 20 hours per week.
  • During semester breaks: Full-time.
