Project Lead for Green Energy Transition

Your Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for complex Hydrogen/Ammonia projects in the Supply Chain, ensuring seamless coordination and communication with stakeholders.
- Develop and oversee the Procurement Plan, guaranteeing timely document submissions and effective project management.
- Lead RFIs, RFQs, and contract negotiations with suppliers, contractors, and consultants, leveraging your expertise in procurement and project management.
- Organize technical and commercial meetings, documenting key outcomes and ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
- Identify and address procurement/project risks efficiently, providing proactive solutions to ensure project success.
- Report to the International Category Leader, contributing to design reviews and contract negotiations, and providing strategic input to drive business growth.
- Hold a Master's degree or Diploma in a relevant field, with outstanding academic performance.
- Possess extensive project procurement experience in Energy generation, Industrial gases, Power to Gas, Chemical/Process facilities, and Industrial complex systems.
- Have strong knowledge of Technical/Contractual clauses, with a focus on contracts related to the mentioned areas.
- Be proficient in efficient purchasing processes, structures, and analysis tools, with the ability to work effectively in cross-location and international teams.
- Exhibit advanced analytical and communication skills, with a structured, independent work style.
- Familiarity with e-tools for purchasing, such as SRM, eSourcing, and eAuctions.
- Be open to national and international travel as required, with fluency in Business German and English.
