Als Cybersecurity Manager (m/w/d) in der Informationssicherheit tragen Sie aktiv dazu bei, die digitale Sicherheit in NRW zu erhöhen. Ihr Bereich: IT-Governance

Die Entwicklung von Sicherheitsstrategien, die Durchführung von Sicherheitsüberprüfungen oder die Bearbeitung von Sicherheitsvorfällen sind nur einige der vielfältigen und spannenden Aufgaben, die zur Schaffung eines sicheren digitalen NRW beitragen. Als professioneller IT-Dienstleister nehmen wir diese Herausforderungen an.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben gehören:

  • Unterstützung des Informationssicherheitsbeauftragten bei der Erfüllung seiner Aufgaben, insbesondere bei der Koordination der Fachabteilungen zur Umsetzung, dem Betrieb und der Weiterentwicklung des Managementsystems für Informationssicherheit.
  • Beratung der Fachabteilungen bei der Einführung neuer Technologien, IT-Architekturen und Softwarelösungen sowie Begleitung dieser Prozesse.
  • Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Richtlinien zur Informationssicherheit und beim Reporting über den Stand der Informationssicherheit an die Behördenleitung.
  • Planung und Durchführung von Sensibilisierungsmaßnahmen und Schulungen für die Landesverwaltung in Bezug auf IT-Sicherheit.

Ihr Aufgabenbereich umfasst zudem:

  • Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Maßnahmen im Falle von IT-Sicherheitsvorfällen und enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem landesweiten CERT NRW.
  • Teilnahme an internen Arbeitsgruppen und landesweiten Gremien zur IT-Sicherheit sowie an länderübergreifenden Gremien zur IT-Sicherheit in der Statistik.
Ihr Profil:

Sie bringen mit:

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Fachhochschul- oder Bachelorstudium im Bereich Informationstechnik oder in einem verwandten Studiengang; alternativ: Staatlicher Abschluss als Operative Professional oder langjährige relevante Berufserfahrung in der IT.
  • Erfahrung in einem oder mehreren der folgenden Bereiche:
    • Systemtechnik,
    • Netzwerkkommunikation (ISO/OSI-7-Schichtenmodell) oder
    • Sicherheitsinfrastruktur (z. B. Zugriffsschutz, Firewalls, ALGs)
  • Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Weiterbildung im Bereich Informationssicherheit/IT-Grundschutz.
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Sicherheitsüberprüfung "SÜ2" (wird im Rahmen des Bewerbungsprozesses angestoßen).
  • Sichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Wünschenswert sind zudem:

  • Erfahrung im Bereich der IT-Sicherheit oder IT-Grundschutz, basierend auf ISO 27001.
  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise mit Kenntnissen über Risikoanalysen.
