Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and design cybersecurity capabilities and architecture to align with industry best practices and METRO's strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with the Security Architecture team to develop advanced threat detection mechanisms.
- Manage the performance and scope of METRO's Cyber Defense Center tools, including SIEM and endpoint detection technologies.
- Provide technical expertise to optimize the services delivered by Managed Security Service Providers.
- Implement automation workflows to improve the efficiency of our Cyber Defense Center.
- Mentor team members and promote knowledge sharing to enhance overall expertise.
Qualifications:
- A degree in cybersecurity or a related field is required.
- At least 3 years of practical experience in cybersecurity and threat detection.
- In-depth knowledge of advanced threat detection and the evolving threat landscape.
- Proficiency in Security Operations Center tools, including SIEM and SOAR technologies.
- Familiarity with Managed Security Service Provider standards and collaboration practices.
- Experience in implementing automation workflows within cybersecurity contexts.
