Job Title: Head of FX Sales Desk

Our client, a leading FinTech firm, is seeking an experienced professional to lead their FX Sales Desk. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and mentoring a team of FX sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of FX sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new business from clients across various industries.
  • Mentor and coach team members to improve sales performance and develop their skills.
  • Pitch and close deals with prospective clients, leveraging your knowledge of the market and client feedback.
  • Manage relationships with new customers to ensure smooth onboarding and first trades.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of sales management within FX or other cross-border financial services.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and leverage relationships at senior levels within SME customers.
  • Demonstrable ability to mentor, coach, and develop people.
  • Fluent English and German language skills, with other foreign languages an advantage.
  • University degree or additional qualifications such as CFA, CAIA, or CEFA.
