Key Responsibilities
- Leading the global KAEFER Lean Journey aligned with our strategic objectives
- Assisting KAEFER Business Units in implementing their Lean Strategies
- Creating and delivering lean training programs for leaders, managers, and site teams globally
- Mentoring lean leaders, managers, and site teams in executing lean projects and managing lean operations on KAEFER construction sites worldwide
- Evaluating and enhancing processes from a lean perspective across global construction sites
- Continuously refining KAEFER's Lean project methodologies and site management practices
- Aiding in the development and implementation of the Global Digital Lean solution
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or a related field
- Several years of relevant experience in a similar role within the operational industry
- Certified Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
- Proven ability to educate and develop individuals through training and coaching
- Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English; knowledge of an additional language is a plus
- Strong intercultural skills with a willingness to travel internationally (approximately < 50% of work time) and work in diverse environments
- Organized, goal-oriented, and detail-focused work style
- Exceptional communication skills and persuasive abilities
- High levels of self-motivation and creativity
- Collaborative team player with a proactive approach
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Power Platform tools such as PowerBI, Power Automate, PowerApps, etc.
