About the Role
As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring seamless execution of our business strategy, and driving growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and cultivate a positive work environment for staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Take charge of recruitment, shift planning, and onboarding of new employees, serving as the main point of contact for the team.
- Control costs and minimize waste, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
- Collaborate with the management team to set and achieve business objectives, driving revenue growth and profitability.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant General Manager or in a similar leadership position.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring seamless execution of daily operations.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a proven track record of driving team performance and growth.
- Familiarity with restaurant management software and systems.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving aptitude, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
