About the Digital Service Drive

The Digital division at Mercedes-Benz merges business acumen with IT expertise to create top-tier digital solutions. Through Digital Service Drive, we leverage digital advancements to redefine the service journey for our clients. This initiative encompasses three key offerings: online appointment scheduling, multi-channel communication, and customer interaction within order management.

Internship Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated and digitally proficient individual for a 6-month internship in product management. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the development and execution of marketing and communication strategies for global markets.
  • Independently creating assets and initiatives for various communication platforms (e.g., newsletters).
  • Supporting the annual communication planning process.
  • Managing the internal product management presence on the social intranet.
  • Conducting comprehensive market and competitive analyses, along with performance management to identify actionable insights.
  • Collaborating on the design and enhancement of the management model using KPIs to uncover and leverage opportunities.
  • Assisting international market management with the organization and follow-up of meetings and workshops.
  • Preparing presentations and decision-making documents.
  • Participating in project and strategy meetings, while supporting the product management team in daily operations.
  • Engaging closely with various stakeholders, including different departments and agencies.
  • Working independently on selected key topics within the digital landscape.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A degree in business administration, marketing, communication sciences, media management, or a related field.
  • Proficient written and spoken skills in both German and English.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office; familiarity with Atlassian tools such as JIRA and Confluence, as well as Adobe software, is advantageous.
  • An analytical mindset, structured approach, and a willingness to learn, coupled with excellent communication skills, creativity, teamwork, and organizational abilities.
  • A keen interest in digital topics and emerging technologies.
