Within the MxD/MP division - Product Management for Digital Extras & MB.OS (Mercedes-Benz Operating Systems) - we are at the forefront of developing digital services across various sectors and enhancing our operating system, MB.OS.
In collaboration with our partners from the broader MB.OS initiative, Development and Controlling, and Series Product Management, we outline the strategic product framework for the MB.OS portfolio and execute it comprehensively. This encompasses:
- Identifying customer needs for our vehicle operating system for the next five years
- Designing innovative offerings and sales strategies
- Supporting and evaluating technical feasibility studies
- Creating new business and monetization models
As a member of our team, you will:
- Contribute to strategic sales projects and manage sub-projects
- Assist in planning and coordinating product management initiatives for our pioneering MB.OS across all vehicle lines
- Examine market trends and advancements in connected vehicles and consumer electronics
- Establish requirements for our operating system that will define the automotive landscape in five years
- Prepare decision documents for senior management and offer strategic insights
What we expect from you:
- A degree in business administration, business informatics, computer science, economics, or a related field
- Proficiency in MS Office and fluency in both German and English
- A strong commitment, collaborative spirit, and proactive attitude
- An analytical and strategic mindset, along with a foundational understanding of digital technologies
- A keen awareness of industry trends and the willingness to explore innovative approaches
