Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing and maintaining relationships with customers, and promoting our high-quality audio products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and developing strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase sales revenue and market share.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to ensure our products remain competitive.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales records, reports, and data to inform sales strategies and optimize performance.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in the consumer electronics industry, preferably with a focus on audio products.
  • Strong understanding of the audio market, including trends, technologies, and competitor activity.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
  • Proficient in MS-Office and other relevant sales tools and software.
  • Fluent in English and local language, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
