Regulatory Compliance Engineer for Software Solutions

Ihre Herausforderungen

  • Gewährleistung und fortlaufende Optimierung gemäß ISO 13485, 9001, IVDR, IEC Med-SW, 62366 Usability, FDA 21CFR Part 11.
  • Förderung der Implementierung und Harmonisierung des Innovationsprozesses in Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich.
  • Leitung funktions- und organisationsübergreifender Themen und Teams zur Verbesserung von Prozessen.
  • Berichterstattung über den Reifegrad der Qualitätskonformität (Produkt und Prozess) basierend auf KPIs.
  • Unterstützung von Entwicklungsprojekten und Coaching von Projektteams in qualitäts- und regulatorischen Belangen (konforme Dokumentation, Designkontrolle, Applikationsverifizierung und Validierung).
  • Bereitstellung von Informationen über vergleichbare, bereits eingeführte Produkte als Lerninput für neue Entwicklungsprojekte.
  • Leitung von Risikomanagementprozessen und Verantwortung für die Risikobewertung softwarebezogener Prozesse.
  • Sicherstellung des Transfers in den Betrieb in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Quality Operations Engineer.
  • Proaktive Kommunikation der Zusammenhänge zwischen Innovationsprozessen, Änderungsmanagement, Regulatory Affairs, Post Market Surveillance und CAPA-Prozessen.
  • Unterstützung der Entwicklungsteams bei der Identifizierung von Prozessfehlern, die zu Compliance-Problemen führen können.
  • Verantwortung für die Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Projekten zur Prozessverbesserung, einschließlich der rechtzeitigen Einbindung relevanter Schnittstellen und der Information aller Beteiligten über den Projektstatus.
  • Entwicklung und Pflege von qualitätsbezogenen KPIs des Innovationsprozesses für den jeweiligen Verantwortungsbereich.
  • Vorbereitung, Organisation und Unterstützung von Audits durch benannte Stellen und Behörden.

Ihre Expertise

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich der Naturwissenschaften oder des Ingenieurwesens.
  • Erfahrung in der Anwendung von Designcontrol, Statistik, Qualitätstechnik und Risikomanagementprinzipien.
  • Erfahrung im Bereich der Software für Medizinprodukte.
  • Umfassende Erfahrung im Projektmanagement.
  • Arbeitserfahrung in einer Entwicklungsorganisation.
  • Langjährige Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Aufsichtsbehörden ist von Vorteil.
  • Grundkenntnisse in der Einhaltung von Vorschriften und Qualitätsangelegenheiten der Medizinprodukteindustrie (ISO 13485, IEC 62304, ISO 62366, 21CFR Part 11) sowie in der Umsetzung und Dokumentation von Zulassungsmaßnahmen.
  • Fähigkeit zur kooperativen und funktionsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit in einer Matrix-Organisation.
  • Effektive zwischenmenschliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit diversen IT-Tools.
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Grundkenntnisse in der Anwendung von Jira & Confluence.
