People & Culture Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced People & Culture Manager to join our team at terralayr AG. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in shaping and nurturing our organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction, ensuring a positive and inclusive workplace.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings and candidate sourcing to interviews and hiring decisions.
- Oversee the performance management process, including setting objectives, conducting performance reviews, and providing feedback.
- Identify training needs and opportunities for professional growth, organizing and coordinating training programs, workshops, and other development initiatives.
- Promote terralayr's culture and values both internally and externally, developing initiatives to strengthen our employer brand.
- Ensure that all HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with local labor laws and regulations.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, mediating and resolving conflicts in a fair and respectful manner.
- Proven experience in a generalist HR role, covering various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, contract management, and employee engagement.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine interest in supporting and developing employees, ability to build trusting relationships and handle sensitive issues with confidentiality and care.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in German and English is essential.
- Highly motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and handle challenges effectively, resilient in the face of changing priorities and demands.
