Currently, Voltimum is navigating an exhilarating transformation phase, expanding our digital product offerings to include cutting-edge IT, software, and data solutions tailored for leading electrical manufacturing firms.

Main Responsibilities

  • Oversee HR processes and administration for Voltimum's workforce, currently comprising approximately 40 employees.
  • Assist the CEO with all employee-related matters.
  • Evaluate existing HR practices and contribute to establishing best practices in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, retention, and related HR administration.
  • Support talent acquisition efforts by enhancing recruiting strategies and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Occasionally create and publish tailored job postings on relevant job boards and manage applicant tracking through our HR System (HRWorks).
  • Facilitate the application process by ensuring managers are prepared for candidate interviews and provide timely, structured feedback.
  • Act as the primary contact for external recruitment agencies.
  • Establish yourself as a reliable first point of contact for employees regarding HR matters, fostering an open and collaborative company culture.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

  • HR qualification equivalent to the German CIPD.
  • 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or Business Partner, with a strong focus on recruitment administration and support.
  • Experience working with a diverse employee base internationally, demonstrating cultural awareness and respect.
  • Familiarity with HR systems, ideally HRWorks.
  • Digitally proficient, preferably with experience in the digital media sector.
  • Proven ability to build productive relationships and gain the trust of senior management and employees.
  • Capable of working independently to meet deadlines and manage priorities effectively.
  • Strong planning skills to execute short, medium, and long-term HR initiatives.
  • Project management experience in implementing HR and people-related initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German.
  • Possess an open, positive demeanor with a high degree of empathy.
  • Demonstrate a proactive and independent work style with a growth mindset, eager to learn and take on responsibilities.
  • Enjoy transforming unstructured environments into organized frameworks, implementing HR systems and processes.
