The German Business Sales Operations and Sales Excellence Team's mission is to drive operational impact from strategic vision, facilitating growth and success for customers and partners. We implement strategies to promote change through Copilot, AI & Security, ensuring accountability and operationalized growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a Go-To-Market plan in alignment with Delos Cloud GmbH to drive sales growth of Delos Cloud Services.
- Contribute to strategy development and execution, analyzing business insights and performance benchmarks to inform decision-making.
- Orchestrate Account Planning and customer engagement to establish a predictable rhythm of business.
- Guide sales teams on opportunity management, ensuring sales process discipline and pipeline health.
- Act as a subject matter expert on tools and processes, contributing to Delos-specific Go-To-Market and Sales material.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, economics, engineering, or related fields.
- Extensive experience in sales, sales operations/management, customer success, or related fields.
- Proficient in using data to drive business decisions.
- Strong project/program management skills in large-scale implementations.
- Experience in Public Sector business in Germany.
- Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
