Was erwartet dich?
  • Als Praktikant im Bereich Business Development unterstützt du die Geschäftsführung bei täglichen Aufgaben sowie bei der Planung, Entwicklung und Umsetzung strategischer Projekte, die Pflegia auf ein neues Level heben.
  • Du sorgst dafür, dass die Geschäftsabläufe reibungslos funktionieren und eine hervorragende Zusammenarbeit zwischen den Abteilungen gewährleistet ist.
  • Deine Projekte im Rahmen des Wachstums von Pflegia umfassen unter anderem Strategie, Betriebsabläufe, Geschäftsentwicklung und Markterschließung.
  • Du führst regelmäßig Recherchen und Analysen zu Markt- und Kundenentwicklungen durch und bewertest diese kritisch im Hinblick auf die zukünftige Entwicklung von Pflegia.
  • Du erkennst Problemfelder und Herausforderungen in den Prozessen als Chancen und entwickelst skalierbare Lösungen.
