We are on the lookout for a dedicated and enthusiastic Entry-Level IT Consultant to become a vital part of our innovative team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

● Manage comprehensive presales activities for our IT solutions through both in-person and virtual interactions.

● Deliver demonstrations, presentations, and conduct training sessions for resellers and partners on our IT offerings.

● Collaborate with product development teams to remain informed about the latest updates and features of our solutions.

● Engage with current clients to ensure satisfaction and identify potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities.

● Serve as a trusted advisor and primary technical contact for key accounts.


**Requirements**

● Solid understanding of IT infrastructure technologies, including Identity and Access Management (IAM), IT security solutions, and IT service management.

● A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).

● Willingness to travel as necessary to meet with clients, partners, and prospects.

● Experience in Technical Pre-sales, Technical Account Management, or as an ICT Manager is a plus.

● Ability to cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.

● Proficiency in both German and English is essential for this position.
