Logistics Planning Working Student for Compact Cars

This role focuses on the field of Supply Chain Management within the Digitalization Logistics Engineering & Project Management department.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs part of the Logistics Engineering team, you will play a crucial role in:
- Supporting the international planning control of the Compact Cars platform during multiple ramp-ups across two production facilities.
- Managing timelines for assessing change requests from the overarching project organization in collaboration with logistics planning teams.
- Utilizing your skills in data management and integration, particularly in extracting key insights from extensive datasets using tools like MS Excel pivot tables and MS Power BI.
- Facilitating cross-departmental planning workshops with numerous participants, ensuring effective implementation and follow-up.
- Maintaining the standardized quantity structure of logistics planning for two plants within the global Compact Cars production network.
- Preparing draft resolutions for mid-level and senior management.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A degree in business administration, industrial engineering, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken German and English.
- Strong skills in MS Office applications.
- Good to excellent academic performance, with extracurricular involvement being a plus.
- Teamwork abilities, along with effective communication and conflict resolution skills.
- A confident demeanor when interacting with management and project partners.
- A high level of independence and initiative.
- Practical experience in projects within the automotive and supplier sectors is advantageous.
- An open mindset and genuine interest in the perspectives of process partners.
- A willingness to innovate when designing technical solutions and social processes.
