Product Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Director to join our team at Applike Group GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping the design of our company and driving the production of our mobile games.
As a Product Director, you will be responsible for managing the game developers and other teams, ensuring that we meet the defined expectations of our brand partners. You will also be responsible for analyzing the market and understanding current trends and interesting game opportunities, which will become success stories for our brand partners.
We are part of the Applike Group ecosystem, which gives us an unfair advantage in the market. Our four sister companies are leading in their verticals, and with our fifth venture, Tabbler, we are revolutionizing the advertising market. We are financially backed by Bertelsmann, ensuring that we have the necessary financial means to win this market.
Key Responsibilities- Own and manage the development and sourcing process of highly engaging mobile games, from ideation to planning, development, and delivery
- Be the key link between the business team and game developers, ensuring that commercial requirements are met
- Analyze the market and understand current trends and interesting game opportunities
- Ensure a smooth process for all involved parties by managing and working with people effectively
- Run A/B and other tests to select the best-performing genre, gameplay, and creatives, in collaboration with our UA team
- Support our efforts in working with brand teams to ensure quality and CI guidelines are met
- Have a huge impact on the success of the business, enabling you to grow your own career path
- You have a proven track record of successful mobile games where you were responsible for the full production cycle
- You are structured and well-organized to ensure that development projects involving multiple stakeholders go smoothly and deadlines are met
- You possess a highly entrepreneurial, driven, and analytical mindset
- You are a creative person with a hands-on mentality
- You are an excellent communicator and speak very good English
