Position: Lead SAP Consultant MDM (MDG) (m/f/d)

Location: Remote opportunities available across multiple regions.

As the Chapter Lead and Product Manager for BestSecret's SAP S/4 HANA Fashion Management solution within the Master Data Management (Governance) sector, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating and directing the design and development of integrated solutions that align with both current and future business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a recognized authority in Master Data Management, maintaining expert-level knowledge and providing definitive guidance. Lead the creation and design of the roadmap for the current S/4 HANA Digital Core solution, overseeing the delivery of planned solutions in conjunction with peripheral application systems. Advocate for Master Data Governance best practices within the organization, supporting the development of processes and structures that align with the business model. Analyze external environments and emerging technologies to assess potential impacts, threats, and opportunities for the organization. Contribute to the formulation of lean solution architecture, reviewing and validating software or data modeling designs to ensure security and scalability in line with evolving IT governance standards. Manage stakeholder expectations regarding solution delivery, end-to-end process alignment, and technology stack development to facilitate business inquiries and continuous improvement of solutions. Demonstrate strong leadership in people and resource management, engaging in recruitment processes, resource allocation, and mentoring team members.

Qualifications

Extensive operational experience in SAP S/4 HANA MDM, with comprehensive knowledge of core data objects such as Retail Article Master, Business Partner, Site, Seasons, Listing & Assortment, and related data distribution methods. Profound understanding of technical and business processes within the realm of SAP cross-functional master data management. Background in SAP Retail or Fashion solutions, with prior project experience in the retail, e-commerce, or fashion sectors considered advantageous. Proven functional consulting experience with a process-oriented mindset. Experience in product-led solution environments. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas and opinions effectively to stakeholders.
