Role Overview: Lead SAP Consultant MDM (MDG) (m/f/d)

Location: Flexible remote options available.

In the capacity of Chapter Lead and Product Manager for BestSecret's SAP S/4 HANA Fashion Management solution within the Master Data Management (Governance) sector, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating and directing the design and development of cohesive solutions that align with both current and future business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

As a recognized authority in Master Data Management, you will uphold expert-level knowledge in relevant domains and provide definitive guidance. You will oversee the formulation and design of the roadmap for the current S/4 HANA Digital Core solution, ensuring the successful delivery of planned solutions in conjunction with peripheral application systems. Advocate for Master Data Governance best practices within the organization while supporting the establishment of processes and structures that bolster the business model. Evaluate external environments and emerging technologies to assess potential impacts, threats, and opportunities for the organization. Contribute to the creation of streamlined solution architecture, reviewing and validating software or data modeling designs to ensure security and scalability in line with evolving IT governance standards. Manage stakeholder expectations regarding solution delivery, end-to-end process alignment, and technology stack development to facilitate business inquiries and continuous improvement of solutions. As a natural leader and resource manager, you will engage in recruitment processes, allocate resources effectively, and actively mentor your team members.

Qualifications

Demonstrated operational experience in SAP S/4 HANA MDM with comprehensive knowledge of core data objects such as Retail Article Master, Business Partner, Site, Seasons, Listing & Assortment, and related data distribution methods. Strong understanding of technology and business processes in the realm of SAP cross-functional master data management. Experience with SAP Retail or Fashion solutions; prior project involvement in retail, e-commerce, or the fashion industry is advantageous. Proven functional consulting experience with a process-oriented mindset. Familiarity with product-led solution environments. Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating ideas and perspectives to stakeholders effectively.
