About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP MDM Project Manager to join our team at Corporate Business Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing SAP MDM projects from conception to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and execute SAP MDM projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, including project managers, consultants, and technical experts.
  • Develop and implement SAP MDM strategies and processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Design and implement digital end-to-end processes in SAP MDM projects, leveraging industry-leading tools and technologies.
  • Identify and mitigate technical dependencies and risks, ensuring project success.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Proactively identify and resolve project issues, developing and implementing solutions that meet business needs.
  • Support the development of internal knowledge and expertise, contributing to the growth of our Competence Center.
  • Contribute to the development of our project management methodology, ensuring best practices and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and manage project proposals, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client needs.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing SAP ERP projects, with a focus on master data management or logistics.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and related technologies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in agile methodologies (Prince 2, Scrum, etc.).
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment, with excellent diplomatic and proactive skills.
  • Fluency in English and German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
