About the Role

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Analytics Specialist:in to join our team at Liberta Partners. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Lead Generation and Nurturing: Develop and implement lead generation strategies to drive high-quality leads through the customer journey.
  • Content Strategy: Analyze customer needs and develop targeted content to attract and engage with our target audience.
  • Performance Marketing: Optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive lead generation and conversions.
  • Analytics: Monitor and analyze marketing performance data to inform strategic decisions and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Process Optimization: Develop and implement process improvements to enhance marketing and sales efficiency.
  • Customer Segmentation: Analyze customer data to identify profitable customer segments and develop targeted marketing strategies.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
  • Collaboration with Product Development: Work closely with product development teams to incorporate customer feedback and develop innovative solutions.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for growth initiatives to maximize ROI.
About You

  • You have a strong educational background in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • You bring significant experience in business development, growth management, or a related field, preferably in the B2B sector.
  • You have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful growth strategies.
  • You are highly analytical, results-driven, and possess a hands-on approach.
  • You have professional experience working with MS Office applications.
  • You possess strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
