About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Strategy Analyst to join our International Marketing Strategy - Performance Management team in Berlin. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving projects that define marketing strategy within the HQ and regional/local entities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with our International Marketing Strategy team to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive business growth and optimize performance.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights, and present recommendations to key decision makers within Delivery Hero Group.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and providing data-driven recommendations to optimize results.
  • Support senior management with regular and ad-hoc reports, business cases, and other marketing-related topics.
  • Assist in the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment of marketing strategies with broader business objectives.
Requirements
  • At least 2-3 years of work experience in management consulting or marketing strategy/business development function in industry.
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with the ability to conduct and leverage sophisticated analyses to identify trends, draw conclusions, and present data-driven recommendations.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and G-suite.
  • Basic understanding of P&L/financial data.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
