We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Senior CRM Manager to join our team and elevate our marketing activities to the next level through data-driven decisions.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Create automated email campaigns with dynamic content that adapts to customer segments, using algorithms and models to make personalized product recommendations.
  • Optimize business processes to increase efficiency, reduce manual tasks, and guide junior colleagues in solving complex automation tasks.
  • Ensure seamless integration and synchronization of data across multiple tools, including CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
  • Continuously review and optimize marketing channel performance to drive business growth.
Your Ideal Profile
  • Hold a degree in marketing, business, or business informatics and possess at least 5 years of professional experience in CRM & email marketing, preferably in e-commerce companies.
  • Have a strong understanding of e-commerce business models, customer lifecycles, and marketing process optimization, as well as extensive knowledge of customer value-based segmentation, personalization, and automation of email marketing campaigns.
  • Be able to identify technical and strategic challenges and develop effective solutions.
  • Think analytically, enjoy working strategically, and possess high technical expertise.
  • Have extensive knowledge of email marketing platforms, CRM systems, and automation tools, as well as programming skills in HTML, CSS, and SQL.
  • Have good English language skills, both written and spoken, and be confident in working in English. German language skills are a plus.
