- Operational Improvement: Analyze shifts and implement improvements to achieve Operational Excellence.
- Collaboration and Leadership: Collaborate with leadership peers to streamline shift procedures and drive business results.
As an Area Manager, you will work in shifts at one of our locations, focusing on ensuring productive operations, leading a safety culture, maintaining quality standards, and overseeing process improvements. Your typical day may involve team management, operational tasks, process enhancements, and serving as a mentor to new managers.

Basic Qualifications:- Degree completion
