Deine Aufgaben bei emplify GmbH:

  • In der Rolle des Product Development Managers (d/w/m) führst Du umfassende Zielgruppen- und Produktanalysen sowie Marktuntersuchungen im Bereich Human Resources, Rekrutierung und Personalmarketing durch.
  • Du hast ein Gespür für aktuelle Trends? Das ist ideal, denn Du identifizierst kontinuierlich, was auf dem Markt relevant ist.
  • Ein weiterer Aspekt Deiner Tätigkeit ist die Integration neuer Produkte in unser Portfolio. Hierbei arbeitest Du eng mit dem Vertriebsteam zusammen.
  • Um stets an der Spitze zu bleiben, entwickelst Du Vermarktungsstrategien, analysierst Leistungskennzahlen und führst Umfragen zur Kundenzufriedenheit durch.
  • Verhandlungsgeschick ist eine Deiner Stärken? Perfekt, denn Du bist auch für die Preisverhandlungen und die Aktualisierung der Produktpreise verantwortlich.
  • Zusätzlich arbeitest Du in Kooperation mit der IT an der Implementierung von Produkten und unterstützt bei der Entwicklung von Schnittstellen.

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Du hast ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Marketing, erfolgreich abgeschlossen. Alternativ ist auch eine vergleichbare Ausbildung, z. B. im kaufmännischen Bereich oder im E-Commerce, wünschenswert, bestenfalls mit einer Weiterbildung zum Produktmanager (d/w/m).
  • Du verfügst über praktische Erfahrung in der Produktentwicklung oder im Produktmanagement? Das ist entscheidend, denn praktische Kenntnisse sind uns wichtiger als die formale Ausbildung.
  • Idealerweise hast Du bereits im HR- oder Marketingbereich gearbeitet und bringst Erfahrung aus der Agenturwelt mit.
  • Die Position des Product Development Managers (d/w/m) ist neu geschaffen. Du hast daher viel Gestaltungsspielraum, benötigst jedoch ebenso viel Eigenverantwortung und eine proaktive Arbeitsweise.
  • Du gehst Herausforderungen mit Innovationsgeist an und hast Freude daran, im Team Ziele zu erreichen.
  • Kommunikation liegt Dir im Blut? Hervorragend, denn für die Position des Product Development Managers (d/w/m) sind Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Freude am Networking unerlässlich.
  • Gut informiert? Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Marktforschung und Wettbewerbsanalyse sind von großem Vorteil.
