Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to oversee the planning, design, and development of dishwasher products for the European market. The ideal candidate will conduct market research, manage product pricing and promotions, collaborate with various teams to ensure timely product delivery, and continuously improve product quality based on user feedback.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Planning and Development
- Formulate product strategies to ensure market competitiveness and user experience.
- Conduct market research to understand demand and trends in the European market, providing market analysis and product recommendations to support product decisions.
- Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with the R&D team, supply chain team, sales team, customer service team, and other departments to ensure timely product delivery that meets market demand.
- Manage product pricing, promotion, and sales channel selection, developing marketing plans and sales strategies to increase market share and sales volume.
- User Feedback and Quality Improvement
- Oversee after-sales service and user feedback processing, collecting user feedback and market information to continuously improve product quality and user experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, industrial design, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as a product manager or in a related role, preferably in the European market.
- Familiarity with European market consumer demands and trends, as well as understanding of competitors' products and marketing strategies.
- Strong abilities in product planning, design, and development, proficient in the product development process and project management methods.
- Excellent market analysis and data processing skills, capable of providing effective suggestions and improvement plans based on market demand and user feedback.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams to drive project progress and achieve goals.
- Fluent in English and proficient in office software and product design software.
