Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Support Manager - Sales and Contracting to support our international customer base during the sales acquisition, negotiations, and contracting processes. This is a full-time position based in Berlin, Germany.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our international team of regional Business Developers and Berlin-based VP Immune Monitoring Solutions, including scheduling meetings, monitoring progress, and deadlines of tasks.
  • Communicate with customers via email, phone, and video conferencing to address their inquiries and concerns.
  • Utilize our customer relationship management system (Salesforce) to manage customer interactions, track orders, and process contracts.
  • Draft quotations, select and provide brochures and data sheets to customers, and track logistics of contract processing.
  • Generate monthly and annual reports on bookings and sales forecasts to inform business decisions.
  • Collect and analyze market information and internal data to prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Customer-focused with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
  • Attention to detail, well-organized, and able to multitask and manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to address and resolve problems proactively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a field relevant to medicine, technical laboratory work, biotechnology, or immunology.
  • 3+ years of work experience demonstrating ability to utilize the skills mentioned above.
  • Fluency in German.
  • Experience in immunology, diagnostic lab services, or sales.
  • Familiarity with flow cytometry and/or qPCR.
